Salad with sprats
4 boiled eggs,
1. Boil the eggs. Onion cut into half rings and fry. Mushrooms cut and fry separately. Allow to cool down.
2. Sprats mash with a fork. Crackers(if large) mash.
3. Salad doing layers: -2 eggs on a coarse grater -sprats -fried onions -mayonnaise -crackers -mayonnaise -mushrooms -2 protein on a large grater -mayonnaise 2 egg yolks on a fine grater.
Ready salad put on 2-3 hours in the fridge, let them get soggy!
