Pie with potatoes and mushrooms
Ingredients for the dough:
300 gr. flour, 150 gr. margarine, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
200-300 gr. mushrooms, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 250 gr. sour cream, 100 gr. milk, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper
With the test it’s simple: the softened margarine, mix with salt, beaten eggs and flour, knead the dough, cover with towel and refrigerate for half an hour.
Chop the onion finely and sauté until brown crust, then add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes. Potato peel and boil until soft. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, flour.
Roll out the dough and put into a form, crooking at the edges to make high sides. On the bottom put the potatoes, mushrooms and onions, pour prigotovlenii fill. Bake at 160-180 gr. for about an hour. Need to watch that the top of the cake flushed and also cooked the cake itself.
