MEAT IN FRENCH
1kg pork fillet,
4 large potatoes,
1.Meat cut into portions, good beat, salt, put (not very close to each other) on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
2.Onion cut into half rings, put on meat, grease mayonnaise. The next layer – sliced tomatoes. Pepper, sprinkle with half of cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
3.Cut the potatoes into slices, season with salt, put in the free space between the meat on the baking sheet.
4.Bake in a preheated 200°C oven until ready (approximately 1.5 hours), constantly pouring released juice (if it will be little — pour some boiling water). 15-20 minutes until ready sprinkle remaining cheese meat and potatoes.
