Flour – 350-400 g
Egg – 1 PC.
Milk – 500 ml
Dry yeast – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2-3 tablespoons
Salt – 0,5 tsp

Heat the milk until warm and pour into a large bowl. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast, stir with a whisk, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
