Chicken with mushrooms in a creamy sauce
Chicken breast — 300 g
Vegetable oil — 30 ml
Garlic cloves — 3 PCs.
Mushrooms — 200 g
Cream 20-22% — 200 ml
Soy sauce — 40 ml
Chicken breast cut into cubes and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil to light zolotisto.
While the chicken is roasting, finely chop the garlic.
Washed mushrooms cut into pieces same size as chicken Breasts.
When Breasts are almost done, add the garlic.
After about 1-2 minutes add the mushrooms. Cook on fairly high heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
In the end add cream and soy sauce. Diminish the fire and wait until the sauce starts to thicken a bit. Served with rice or pasta hot.
