Chicken salad and fresh vegetables
-Chicken fillet — 1 PC.
-Tomatoes — 3-4 PCs.
-Cucumbers — 1-2 PC.
Green onions — 3 stems
-Parsley — 3-4 sprigs
-Olive oil — 2 tbsp
-Salt, pepper, spices — to taste
1. Chicken and all the vegetables to wash. Chop greens, cucumbers and tomatoes arbitrarily cut.
2. Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken until Golden brown. Lettuce put on plate.
3. Top evenly with the sliced vegetables.
4. Spread the cooled vegetables on the chicken, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Season the salad with olive oil and serve.
