Biscuits with jam
500-550 gr. flour
180-200 gr. butter
220-250 gr. sugar
two tablespoons of sour cream
teaspoon without slides soda
about 300-500 ml thick jam
It was that simple. Butter stand at room temperature to melt. In the mixing bowl put butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream, baking soda and all the flour. In General, all the ingredients for the dough.
Knead the stiff dough. As you can see from the photo, I use a mixer with a bowl. The dough is easy to knead by hand. Take two packages. From the fourth part up to one third of the entire contents of the bowl put in one bag, the rest of the dough in another package. Both packages put away in the freezer for an hour. If you remove the batter for a longer time, greater you can just place in the fridge.
Baking grease with butter. Roll out on it a large piece of dough. Top grease jam.
A small piece of dough take out of the freezer. If it is a quarter, three on a grater and sprinkle the crumb jam. If there is a third of all, you can skip the dough through a meat grinder and sausage on top to decorate jam. Bake cookies in the preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
