Baked potato wedges
1 kg of potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (if not,no big deal)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1\2 tsp Provence herbs,Basil and sweet red pepper
1 tsp salt
1. Clean and wash !1!ESAT approximately equal slices. The oven to include at 200 degrees.In the oven put dry baking sheet. Need to have it heated.
2. Put a pot of water. Sprinkle with salt,wait until water boils.
3.In boiling salted water throw our slices for 5 minutes. Take it out and put in some deep bowl.
4.Meanwhile, prepare the marinade.Mix all liquid ingredients,add crushed garlic and mix thoroughly.
5.Add the marinade to the cooked slices and shake.
6.Dry on a heated baking sheet spread out the potatoes and leave it for 25-30 minutes.
